Sakura Arms Pledge Manager is Live!
Hey everyone, our Pledge Manager for Sakura Arms is now open! If you backed the Kickstarter, you should soon receive an invitation to the Pledge Manager in your registered Kickstarter Email.

What if I don't see the email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeManager"
If that doesn't work:

Click "Request New Invite"

Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)

Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies
And if that doesn't work, check the FAQ page @ https://level99.pledgemanager.com/projects/sakura-arms/ and submit a support request.
There's something wrong with my pledge!
That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can submit a support request at https://level99.pledgemanager.com/projects/sakura-arms/ or send us a message directly to support@level99games.freshdesk.com and we'll look at it for you. Please note that due to the end of the year backlog, it may take us up to a week to respond to support tickets. Don't worry about this delay—the games don't ship until August 2021 anyway.
What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not been shipped, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to PledgeManager and make the appropriate change. However, if you change your country, additional shipping costs may apply.

Add-ons
After our fiasco with BattleCON's add-ons, we've decided NOT to offer add-ons of any game except more Sakura Arms in this project.
This was done after careful consideration of the costs and benefits.
Sakura Arms isn't planned to deliver until August of next year, and in that time we may discontinue, discount, sell out, or eliminate products from our catalog.
It doesn't make sense for us to keep these products around and on reserve for such huge periods of time, and it creates a danger of us overselling stock or causing logistical issues.
Ultimately, simpler is better. The simpler we keep the project, the sooner we can deliver and the less the chance of errors, complications, and delays.
Shipping
Shipping in most areas is a bit better than what we anticipated even after adjusting for 2021 rates. Having a fulfillment center in continental Europe means that our EU rates will be quite a bit lower than projected. US Shipping rates are only slightly higher than anticipated. Canadian rates are a bit better than we expected in our chart, as we are moving back to a Canadian fulfillment house rather than fulfilling from the USA.
Taxes
We're working hard to properly collect and pay the taxes that your duly appointed representative governments require us to collect from you on their behalf. This includes everywhere—Europe, Australia, Canada, and the USA for states that require it (lucky you, Delaware).
